The tank is finally full of water and all of its plumbing seems to be working. It does sound like a noisy toilet, though.

This is the only drilled tank. The big pipe was hacksawed and I need to glue it back together. My understanding is that this tank goes over the one with the protein skimmer. I think that it's supposed to be full of water, and I suspect that this is where the filter goes.

Miscellaneous stuff, and the sump tank. This tank is supposed to only be filled about one-third full, if I'm reading my notes right.

There were no fish in the tank, but it's about half full of living rock, aka coral. It took a few hours to get it moved and set up, and that entire time the coral was out of the water (and a large part of that time was spend outdoors in the cold). But a mantis shrimp (generally considered a pest) that was living in the coral seems to have survived. It is lying on its side in the sand, semi-curled up, but all of its legs are twitching rhythmically, leading me to hope that the coral survived as well.
